★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged Queenstown prices for black mould in the bathroom and the owner asking that everything is turned off as soon as we're done. The place was filthy. It's a shame because it seems like Bluff is desperate for tourism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Functional campground. $20 per person for unpowered site is only just worth it. Everything organised to avoid cost to the owner. You may be almost finished with shower and lights on timer will go out, freezing cold, window screwed OPEN so breeze will always come in. Both disability showers had shower head removed so unuseable, no one on site, cash only.... Dies NOT compare favourably with other New Zealand camping grounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was OK at best. Place needs a good clean in the kitchen and shower block. Water only stays on for 30 seconds intervals while showering. Price should be reduced by $10 per night considering what they offer and the lack of cleanliness. I wouldn't stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location close to the ocean. The camp site is in staffed & operates on an honesty box system. A little expensive in comparison to Beach Rd Holiday Park in Sandy Pt, but if you're looking for that Bluff experience this place is great for that. Prices are $25/adult for a powered site & $20/adult for a non powered site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here in our motorhome late March, also parked up while on Stewart Isl for 4 nights. Brent was helpful on initial phone contact & when we arrived.He went over & above when my husband realized he'd left his medication in our motorhome on arriving at Steward Isl. Brent used the spare key, got the medication & delivered it to Real Journeys, who ferried it at no cost, we picked it up later that day on Stewart Isl.....brilliant service!
Camp is very clean & tidy with great views of the sea, close to shops & ferry terminal.
Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read the reviews and was looking forward to visiting this site. When I arrived I thought 'is this it?'. It is a basic site with only a few powered sites but it really is very good. Although unmanned, it is all set up with everything you need. Clean toilets, great showers, suitable kitchen. And just a stones throw from the beach. What a great place.
