A senior beautician has left a permanent scar on my face from a laser treatment, they are therefore not accountable to anyone. They refused to give me a copy of my medical notes, these had to be obtained via the privacy commissioner.

They were late with my appointment and the young obviously inexperienced girl who waxed then tweezed my brows has left a bloody bruised line above my brow, which she commented i must have scratched my face before coming in, which was a covering lie. Also totally unprofessional behaviour by owner and staff loudly talking laughing etc infront of waiting clients, very noisey not relaxing at all. Not enough seating or parking as its located by the hispital! Do not go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love it here. They make you feel so welcome. Had a skin consult and an enzyme peel so far. The massage after the peel was applied was AMAZING. Definitely a monthly massage booking for me. Girls are a great wee team :) Definitely recommend you at least visit to see for yourself.
