β β β β β Purchased a pool cover and after 18 months the 90degree winch failed. They blamed us and we had to purchase another. After another 15 months second one failed and they still don't accept the product is poorly made, even after they installed them both. Terrible company, do not use!

After huge delays with our pool build this year, which has been super stressful, it was awesome to see that there are still kind and genuine people that are happy to go out of their way to help others out! β β β β β Ordered a new spa cover from BMH and after some initial confusion over the spa model, the new cover fitted beautifully. All the team at BMH were really helpful in resolving minor issues and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend this company and their product.

β β β β β Pretty disappointed after ordering a brand new spa cover to be made. BMH came out, measured the spa and a couple weeks later the cover was ready. Once the cover was bought home and put on the spa it was apparent that it wasn't even close to fitting despite BMHs own person coming out to measure the spa. We made BMH aware of the issue and they took the cover back to their shop to remedy the issue. Upon its return we were further disappointed with their solution which was two small inserts at either end to fill the large gap down the center due to it not fitting. The inserts were only on either end and despite the center flap covering the gap, it is uninsulated and lots of heat can be seen and felt escaping through it. Furthermore the the escaping heat leaves a layer of condensation along the middle of the cover. The flap also now doesn't quite reach the velco fasteners on the other side. Overall pretty disappointed with the workmanship and their remedy to their fault.
Since then we have contacted them twice more. Both times they told us they would get in touch with us again, which they are still yet to do several months later.
