We are so lucky here in New Zealand to have an excellent Leadership Team at the top, nurturing all the chapters (groups) to ensure we are functioning well.
BNI meets weekly and encourages high attendance - something that sets BNI apart from other networking clubs. This pillar ensures we are all dedicated to growing each others businesses.
There is also ample opportunity to step up into leadership positions. This gives you greater respect and visibility within the Chapter itself and incredible people-management skills at the same time.
I could go on and on about how much I love BNI but the best thing to do is to experience it yourself. I highly recommend you reach out to BNI New Zealand so they can connect you.

But BNI made the journey easy. BNI has been a good way of staying in touch with what is going on around town, good for getting business and good for me having a breakfast at least once a week. It’s like having a little bit of Insurance that there is work there and it comes our way over time.
I even got the old 10 Year Badge. Ha.

It is like having a full sales team working for you on a weekly basis. Would highly recommend any business owner to consider a BNI membership as part of your overall business strategy. It has not only been great for my business from a monetary perspective, but the advice over the years from other business owners in the group has been invaluable. As a welcome bonus, I have developed some amazing long term friendships with many of the other members.

The BNI family have been a great advantage for my business, not only for the many, many referrals I have received over the years, but also for the business support, friendships and fellowships I have experienced along the way.
I have seen countless business grow and prosper directly from their BNI memberships within my own chapter, and I have referred many businesses around the country to BNI membership, helping their own businesses prosper and grow.

I can't think of any other marketing/networking systems that have such a good cost verse return ratio. Apart from the hundreds of thousands of dollars BNI has added to my business value, I have really enjoyed the friendships and the expertise of other members in the group. If there is a space available in a BNI group near you - GRAB IT!
