★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not an area many would want to launch a Boat. When we went (admittedly at extremely low tide) it was sludge. I wouldnt have attempted boat launch without a tractor or heavy 4WD. Ti be clear it's a beach launching spot, not a boat ramp.
