β β β β β I'm a 59 yr old male and was feeling very old prob bout 103.. Until I meet Marty a little over a month ago He told me body buzz would help me.. It not only helped me it changed my life... I had a really sore knee and was wearing a knee brace with a very sore back also wearing a back brace, I was wrapped up like a glove, I couldn't stand for 2 long and walking was painful and working was even more painful.. I really thought my working life was over and I didn't like that thought... After 3 days of been on the Buzzing machine I took the back brace off and a little over a week I took the knee brace off and haven't looked back... Marty also helped with my diet and I've lost about 4 kgs now about a kilo a week...I feel like I'm a teenager again... Thanks heaps Marty

β β β β β I joined Body Buzz two weeks ago and are thrilled with my results. The 12 minute workout is easy to fit into my schedule and I feel great afterwards.
With Marty's nutritional input I have lost 2.8kg in two weeks and centimetres off my thighs and waist. An added bonus is I don't feel like I have missed out on anything - still having a wine in the evenings. A fabulous start which motivates me to keep going! Thanks Marty.

I have personally experienced fantastic results at Body Buzz after years of trying every diet and exercise plan under the sun with very limited results.

β β β β β Hi, I am new to Body Buzz. I joined less than two weeks ago as I have been so worried about my weight and how this is going to affect my health. Marty is very professional. He's guiding me through nutrition, and I found the videos explaining the effects of food a revelation and very educational. I have changed my food intake without the expected adverse effects such as headaches and low energy, making me give up every time I try a new "diet". I love the vibration training. I feel good after each session. I appreciate the freedom to do the training when it suits my busy schedule. Thank you, Marty, for your professionalism and no judgement approach.
