“I have had many sessions with Jayna since the earthquakes began she saw me after a hip operation and then before and after a foot operation. She has also worked on my left arthritic knee the swelling was amazingly reduced, then completely gone, by cupping and her work, oh and use of oils while massaging my knee was divine. She always brought to our sessions her knowledge and so many skills and taught me much about acupuncture because I was interested and wanted to know how it worked. She supported me in my own work with my emotions and between us I became more balanced in everyway. After my foot operation when my balance was badly affected her needles did their job and this was much better. The herbs she gave me I found very good for swelling and with her encouragement worked on my diet. I loved knowing about how my liver is the planner and gallbladder the courage so when I struggled to plan in my life and of course then did not have the courage to follow through I noticed how unwell I would feel. So with this knowledge I went regularly once a week and would have continued having my ‘tune ups’ if she had not moved away from Christchurch. Now I am with a new acupuncturist after having had a gap I noticed how not having acupuncture sessions, my body struggled. I missed Jayna enormously her warmth and openness helped me relax. I wish her every success in her new adventure.”
