★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I buy products from here I am so disappointed. The girls are not product trained or when you ask a question they give a brief obvious answer. There are no testers and hardly any products. Definitely buying products online or going back to Equipoise Spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. My mum went for electrolysis, the lady was rushing and stabbed her repeatedly with the machine causing pain. She developed a big bruise on her lip! When she went in to complain the owner Clare shrugged it off and said “it sometimes happened with older skin” there was no information or form to say that this may occur. Imagine if she had had a wedding to go to the next couple of days. In my opinion Clare is rude and lacking the customer service skills as well as human decency to admit when a mistake occurred and offer a refund! Will never go again and will recommend to everyone to never try. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends gave me a voucher for a couple of treatments and because of COVID I couldn't use it within 6 months. I am also pregnant so I waited until we felt safe to travel to then called them and asked if they would accommodate us now considering the circumstances with covid and my pregnancy. Claire was the lady who I talked to. She was extremely rude from the very beginning of the conversation, and said we'd have to book it on a weekday which wouldn't work for us because we have to travel there. Still on a very rude and aggressive manner, she said she would not open any exceptions because our voucher was expired.
I believe massages and body treatments are beyond just technique but also an exchange of energies and I would never recommend such a harsh soul and negative person to anyone wanting this type of service. I personally don't even want a person that treats someone that is 8 months pregnant in such a rude way touching my body and sending me such negative energies. I am happy I haven't gone there in the first place. I'd rather lose the money than having such a person touching my body especially during my pregnancy. So disappointed as a person more than as a customer. I would never go there or recommend it to anyone.
