My name is Hope AMBROSE and I have been a client of Bohemian for at least 10 years. I have clocked up quite a few hours in that salon and the owner Briar, is the reason why I keep going back. I have never walked out of there with a dud haircut, a dud hair up, or for that matter, a dud color. I manage a permanent stress level of around 5, with 1 being on cloud nine - and 10 being total meltdown. Fortunately I have never experienced a 10 although have come quite close. Sitting at a stress level of 8 (which is very serious), I recorded 5 days of being in that frame of mind and a whole lot of weird stuff started happening to my scalp. It started feeling wet as though it was oozing oil or something, then it was getting red as well as super itchy, hot and in places flaky and dry. I went to the doctor concerned and he gave me a horrible looking cream that did absolutely nothing. I was quite embarrassed about going to Briar, but because I had seen what she had done for others she seemed the only sensible option left. Following a thorough consultation, she recommended a De Lorenzo product called Tricho, and I swear, all those random scalp issues were relieved 100% at the end of the session and gone the next day. That was a life changing experience for me and one that continues to serve me to this day. Briar is an incredibly gifted individual, and while she can wave her magic wand and create a flawless look every time without fail, she has healing hands. I know this because when she does deep tissue massage when washing my hair, my big toe tingles without fail - and that is how I know, she is the real deal ~ HA.
