★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable tradesman. We contacted him over 18 moths ago to fix leaky spouting they had fitted, he came aournd once and said he'd be back to finish the job and hasn't shown up. I have phoned, my husband has phoned and we are told, yes I'll be around and he never shows up.
