Said he would send it when he gets back to the office but he must have so much work on he just doesnt need any more. Weekly emails and phone calls are ignored by him and the office lady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we had these master builders put a little cottage of 35 square meters on piles for us and a little deck for the back door and we were charged just shy of 19k inc. I since then have had a couple of builders and a house removal contractor look at it and all have told me I was ripped, and way over charged. The deck put in isn't flat it lays into the building the little concrete pad for the steps all of about 1200mm long by 250mm is not flat quite literally slapped in without a level. The pile layout were not put in square to the building, the builders had the plans and we made sure the building was on site so they could double check from the plans to the cottage to check for variation between the two. And the owner just wanted to blame the guy that didn't work for him anymore. My overall experience with these master builders isn't all that good and they won't be coming back we have found another builder.
