★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was not open at night when we really needed it. Everything was ready, but it was not staffed just after 11 pm. Not great if your gas tank has the empty tank warning on! But if they are doing it for the staff, fair enough. But Mobile went the extra mile, so I think they deserve the extra credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to buy oil desperately and stopped here. I was immediately greeted by the forecourt employee who filled the cars tank with petrol. Inside, I had to ask what sort of oil my car needed and the other employee recommended a website that tells you the oil to buy after you put in the numberplate of your car. He was really lovely. Then the forecourt employee checked on me as I put the oil in, and brought over some tissue when I spilled a bit of oil on the engine. Just really thoughtful, both of them. Made my afternoon better :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed that you wouldn't let a heavily pregnant mama use your bathroom. 'Covid' is not an excuse for denying a human of basic needs. If other service stations (including BP) can keep their bathrooms open then so can you. It's not hard to disinfect to prevent the spread of viruses and you should be doing that anyway. Disappointed.
