★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst-ever customer service received. I asked the salesperson what is the difference between ultra wash and the one below, he just stared at me. Asked again and he said they are the same and told me to just choose one. I then asked another question which he ignored again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff. They don’t know how to talk to customers. The door was open at 6 am. First they asked me not to enter and when i was outside standing waiting for coffee, they asked me to enter inside and grab a coffee. They wasted my 10-15 minutes of busy time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by the bald Indian cashier guy on the till around 2pm on Saturday. Slow as taking his own time to serve customer and a rude attitude when serving. When asked he offered no apology for his behaviour. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 2:00am to get gas, pressed the buzzer for service at the night pay window. No response. Stood there for 5 mins waiting, pressing buzzer on and off, nothing! Previous to this occasion I went here I ordered a small regular milk flat white and was charged $6.40 ??? will avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and over charging for Krispy crème donuts. Be careful they are charging you extra when it’s not advertised. Would not go here and ask to see the screen before you pay. What was $29 was being charged at $36 hell no. Bye see ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wash consistently out of soap. Usually I get the most expensive ones via the app and for the last 3 out of 5 visits - there’s been no soap. Today - the app wouldn’t connect to the internet to buy one. Went in store and the staff member said it’s out of order and pointed to his A4 sign. Thanks. It would have been helpful for myself and the other driver ahead of me, if a sign was at the car wash keypad indicating it’s out of order. Not hidden among all the other things at the register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager could not give change to the Gentleman In front of me but found it when he was told he had to take bank notes and give change. Then he told me the coffee machine was being cleaned when I was next at the counter. The lady had just finished making a coffee. Poor service and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and paid for coffee via app for pick up. Got to store and waited for order. After a while I went to see where my order was. Was told they didn't have the milk to make my order and they didn't know how to refund due to ordered via app. Pretty rude about it all. Was told to email BP head office. Been weeks and no reply.
