★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pump overfilled my car's fuel tank, spilling all down the side of the car, the ground and my shoes, after the pump clicked and was meant to stop filling.
Staff took down my contact details when I asked to be refunded the extra litres of fuel that it over filled.
Told I would hear from the manager Monday, visited the shop to speak to her but she was too busy to leave her office and had the front desk staff relay to me that she'd be in touch.
Received a call the following day and told that it's not my fault but they don't have any other issues with the pump so she will not be making any efforts to remedy the extra fuel or damage to my boots from spilled fuel.
Complained to me that I washed the fuel off my car's paint with the brush and water for cleaning windows, but didn't have an alternative idea to clean it, and I had notified the forecourt staff. I was meant to leave petrol on the paint of my car as it was my problem.
All things considered, appalling service and amazed at the lack of customer relations skills over what would have been $10 to leave me feeling fairly treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a gas bottle fill on the weekend. Was told it finished at 6 but on the weekend the fills are available until 4:30 only. I arrived about 10 to 5 but the young guy serving saw I needed it done and just offered to do the full anyway. He stayed back a bit to make it happen. Awesome service. Thank you!
