Went there at around quarter to 5 and the lady behind the counter wasn’t very helpful at all and if you are in customer service you should at least thank your customer but she was too busy chatting to the bloke behind her while serving me which was quite rude. Terrible service.

They were very happy to help and were such lovely people :) I wish people would stop bagging you lovely workers! Green side it tough and the staff cant just go out when needed. They all do the best that they can and they are such an awesome team! Thank you lots guys! ♥️
A	Aroha Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christmas day and now Boxing day head to the local BP Levin to get some ice both days and to notice the freezers empty while the ice sits outside melting away I absolutely thought what a waste of $5 a bag of majority of the ice bag made up of melted ice which I thought not one worker could take the ice out of the silver package an put inside the freezer just a whole heap of money down the drain.

Pump wasn't working but i was just left there , had to walk in and enquire , person smiled and glibly said that previous person had done something with a card ? Took me 20 minutes to get my fuel and waited in line twice. No apology just an attitude of so what you don't count. BP you need to get back to the old NZ ways of politeness and friendliness.
G	Graeme Wooller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tidy and clean BP Connect. The BP 91 fuel was pricy compared to Challenge and Waitomo. However the benefits of fueling here are excellent coffee ☕️ and great pies ?. Add in the clean toilets ? it's worth spending a few cents more!
