β β β β β Against my better judgement, largely based on the cleanliness of this BP2Go service station, I bought a mince and cheese pie on Monday 20/11. Whilst the pie itself was 'average' and initially appeared OK, less than an hour later I was roadside vomiting it out. It took me over 24 hours to recover (after a sick day on Tuesday). I would recommend to management of Pongakawa BP that you replace your pies regularly and not put your customers at risk of food poisoning!

β β β β β Friendly staff. Good location. But not being a 'wild bean' there's no $1 chicken nuggets. Which face it, are the main reason that people shop at BP these days.

β β β β β The service at this BP is absolutely appalling!!!! Today, as I waited for my coffee listening to staff openly complain about their jobs, an elderly lady walked into the store to ask for assistance to refuel her car. She uses crutches and was unable to hold the pump. She was yelled at by the rude man on the till, and told in a very rude manner that no one can help her and if she wanted to wait, she would be waiting a very long time. I was absolutely disgusted by this BP employees treatment of an elderly customer and ended up assisting her myself, and filled her car up. This employee needs to go on a customer service course and learn how to treat paying customers. He should be ashamed of himself.

β β β β β Will not bother stopping here again....used to fill up here and spend a minimum of $40 in store each week, last week...poor selection of cold pies...this week no pies an was refused coffy as well saying they were getting ready to close and it was just after 9pm on a friday night!!!
