★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 hours? umm no. at least 4 times in the last month when i have gone to frankton BP late night, there has been no staff there. all lights on but after standing at night pay window in the cold for 24mins pressing buzzer with no one coming to the window i have had to give up and go home empty handed. not good enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused a gas bottle even with 2 workers on @ 6pm tonight. My understanding is they only can’t swap a bottle if there’s only 1 worker on but there was 2. Stop being lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 15am no water in can for windscreen. Brushes rubber broken. I use this service on a regular stop went inside ask if could get cans filled got told when we can. quiet surprised as I was only customer in service station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting outside the nightpay for at least 10 mins while the guy who worked there was talking to a work mate. There were 3 of us waiting to be served and it wasn’t until I went around the corner and told them we were waiting to be served. He then said they don’t sell iced coffee which was clearly a lie, I then asked for a hot coffee and he said “oh we actually don’t do coffee at all”. Worst bp I’ve been too, would recommend hiring new staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been standing here for at least 15 minutes at 7:45pm. The guy was here when I pulled up and then disappeared before I got to the night pay window. (By the way, why is it the night pay window at 7:45pm?). 5 cars have come and gone in that time.
