β β β β β Terrible service. The owner was unprofessional and inappropriate. I requested a simple quote to see how much fixing my laptop would cost. I was told three days in a row I would have my quote by "The end of the day." A week after taking it there, he says he has fixed it and now wants $100 for this "service." Which as I stated before, I did not ask for. Not only that, he was very rude and brusque, at first trying to butter me up with bizarre compliments and then becoming standoffish, rude and hard to reach when I did not respond positively to his attempts at flirting. Women beware, unless you like your I.T. service with an attitude straight out of the 1950's.

β β β β β Extremely poor service has had my iPad for 31/2 months in that time they gave me somebody else's iPad charged me $50. Lost my iPad they have just found it last week. They refuse to fulfil my request not to fix it and to return it to me. Don't answer messages, voice mail break promises all the time. The business is closed all the time. I don't recommend this business at all take your iPad iPhone or laptop to somebody else.

β β β β β I took my Samsung Galaxy S6 in to get a new battery (once I finally got hold of them to establish exactly what their opening hours are) and the job was done quickly and seemingly well with a 3 month guarantee. 3 months and 1 week later the battery has died! I took the phone somewhere else and they advised that a cheap battery was used which swelled up in the summer heat and made the casing burst. So now the phone is useless to me.
