My career began in Nursing which I practised in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. It was a career I loved because I have always enjoyed caring for others. And being naturally inquisitive, I connected to people from all walks of life, all around the world.
From a young age my entrepreneurial Father developed a passion in me to be self-employed so after returning to New Zealand, I trained as a massage therapist, which I loved. I excitedly opened the doors to my own massage clinic in the early 2000’s.
I’ve learnt along the way that being in business is a creative journey which involves continual change and personal expansion so after ten years of service, I hung up my hat. My plan was to stay on the same path of helping people, but to move in a slightly different direction.
I recognised an opening to supply wellbeing services, to an increasingly busy workforce in the corporate sector. It needed to be at their workplace as more and more people were time poor.
Businesses and Ministry’s are increasingly seeing the value in providing wellbeing rooms where staff can relax and recharge. And that’s where we come in. We provide all the gear, from massage tables to salt lamps, to wonderful essential oils & music. Setting the scene to help people to restore their fatigued bodies and minds.
And today as a Director of my own Company, I now have a nationwide team of highly qualified massage therapists whom I co-ordinate to sites all over New Zealand. They are passionate and motivated to deliver an exceptional service, which I oversee with encouragement and delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place for brows and waxing. Sonia does such a thorough job and really knows what she is doing - I'm really happy with what she has done with my brows. It may be the most gentlest wax I have ever had as well. The clinic is a peaceful haven tucked away on Boultcott St.
