β β β β β Gosh Brendan is amazing. He did the floor and even helped move furniture back so I didn't accidentally scratch it. I got quotes from a few others as you do and sand4u was very competitive. He also takes away all rubbish and ensures all areas are clean so there is no sign of there ever being lots of sanding being done. Can't recommend highly enough
