★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder whether there should be a best before date on goods? I was given a small gift pack containing soap and some Mountain Orchid hand and body lotion. The soap is perfect, still fragrant, but the lotion was about 2/3 full, has big globby tadpole-like lumps in it, and there was a lot of blackened scale beneath the lid. I suspect it was old and possibly 're-gifted' to me.
