About Brewers Apprentice
The Brewers Apprentice menu is inspired by seasonally available, locally produced ingredients. We use our passion for regional and fresh ingredients to produce interesting, flavourful dishes.
How fresh ingredients are can play a factor in the taste of food, the best ingredients are those that are brought to the restaurant fresh, refrigerated, and used before they get to the point where they have to be frozen to be preserved.
Have you ever eaten a salad that has sat in the fridge too long? Fresh vegetables are full of taste that can blast throughout your mouth. When you use old vegetables in dishes, though, you are just not going to get the taste out of them that fresh ones would give. That is why our chefs always use the freshest vegetables and proteins that they can get their hands on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got there early and it was quiet, but we still had to wait more than 10 minutes for our drinks. The place looks great and modern and was clean. We wanted to try the tortellini but for the second time they didn't have it. I thought it was odd as I heard it was their signature dish. We both ordered the short rib instead. Unfortunately it was terrible. We could hardly cut through it and it was chewy and stuck in our teeth. It was so bad my friend wanted to complain, but I hate doing that so I'm leaving an honest review instead.

Lost the restaurant booking for 14.
Got bumped for the speed way guys.
Ended up dining in the pub but they did buy us a round of drinks to apologize.
Unfortunately that was not the end of it...5 meals showed up after an hour.
9 still not there after 2 hours. Tried to cancel but would not refund cost of meals and palmed us off with "email us for a refund" which will probably never show up anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubby and I went here for dinner as they had the ribs special. 1kg ribs with slaw salad for $20. There was plenty of food that we took home a doggy bag with the extra food. Ribs were super tasty too. Thursday nights are $20 ribs nights. Wednesday night - chicken breast or scotch fillet with chips for $17.50. Wasn't too busy and service was exceptional!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service considering how busy it is! They do yummiest cocktails and food. One thing I did notice was how sometimes some bits and pieces were missing from the same cocktails or snacks we would order. Other than that it is amazing :)

I’d like to thank Brad in particular, he was such an amazing host and made sure everything ran smoothly, I felt very looked after. I would definitely recommend Brewers Apprentice for a birthday venue or just for a casual dinner and drinks.
