★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Battery replacement. Went dead a few times after being installed a few months. Appears to be the battery. Replaced which was good.
However, the customer service is not acceptable. I certainly do not expect to be told one thing and then being blasted by a waiting customer for dropping a vehicle back in the morning.
Snatched the keys off me and told the waiting customer it was my fault. THEN the customer had a go at me!!
I clearly asked if I could drop back in the morning at 8:30am and the answer was yes. I don’t expect to receive constant phone calls at 7:30am asked when I’m coming in. Especially as I was on my way.. Not an option to put zero stars so will just review our business dealing with them on our fleet of corporate vehicles in the future.
