โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional wheel alignment.
They did the wheel alignment and on the printed results another model of the car was selected. They blew up the wheels to almost 3.0 bars at the prescribed 2.2, making the vehicle very tough. Hence, care neither for the specific car model settings nor for the possible wear of tyres after their job. As a result, the opinion is one - the car service, like most in New Zealand, is like โdo it anyhow" and charge. The remaining is customer's issues.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent and trusted customer service. On a special (buy 3 get one free), I got 4 tires though I initially only needed two. They fit two and kept two in storage for me. One year later I came back to get the other two fitted. It's great to still experience the trust of old-fashioned hand-shake when dealing with this business. Like the honesty box... only in NZ :)

โ โ โ โ โ Google maps lead us to the wrong location so we were turning to try and find the right place and received completely uncalled for rude yelling. Was shocked at the verbal abuse and will never go here for tyres if that is how we get treated, especially when itโs a google maps error and not like we purposely did anything wrong.

โ โ โ โ โ Maybe instead of coming out confrontational and itching for a fight, your employees should take a step back and think, "Maybe these guys just made a wrong turn?", which is in fact exactly what happened. I made the mistake of taking the wrong turn while looking for the car detailer and was met by a very rude gentleman accusing us of using the property as a drive-thru to get to the Gull. The guy was nasty, confrontational and acted like we were stupid even after explaining the situation. I get that it could get annoying if people are using your drive as a way to get to the petrol station, but maybe next time don't come out swinging over an easily made mistake.

I also did not book and they looked after me straight away.
