★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a blow out in the caravan tyre just outside Morrinsville just before Xmas enroute to the Coromandel. We turned up to the shop and they dropped everything to fit us in and fitted us with two new tyres ready to continue on our holiday. Brilliant service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the best customer service experience here today - went to get my tyres changed, only to find out the wrong sized tyres have arrived. This wasn't picked up until a warning sign came up on my dashboard after I happily drove off. Jason the Store Manager then personally drove to Tauranga to collect the correct tyres to make sure I had the new tyres on the car for the weekend - this is a stellar demonstration of what top customer service looks like and I am truly impressed. Thank you Jason and the team at Bridgestone Morrinsville for ensuring road safety and restoring my faith in humanity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so very much to David and Seamus. On New Years Eve at 4.45 pm we called for assistance with one of our rear dual tyres which had shredded. They said 'No Worries we will wait for you'. We limped around the corner and they changed all four back tyres for us.. I really appreciated the service they gave us. Otherwise we would have been stranded for 2 days. I totally recommend them.
