★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to one of your truck tyre outlets in Hornby chch.
To have two tyres fitted i went in at 1.43pm
I left at 3.48pm and i tell you it was like watching wet paint dry if i had staff like i saw today i would be out of business. My customer wanted his truck back tonight i had no way of making the testing station to do the recheck for COF . When i turn up at 1.43 i was the only vehicle in there then a truck and trailer unit turns up he needed 4 tyres and another small truck turns up for 1 tyre. both trucks left with new tyres and i was stilI
waiting waiting waiting very dissapointed I WON'T BE BACK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have been into these guys (I have 2 vehicles) to have tyres rotated, balanced and pressure checked they have been fast and efficient. Never a problem. I only use Firestone/Bridgestone tyres and would highly recommend them to anyone. Use these guys and you will get good service as well. Would highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible service. The whole process of new tyres was quick and affordable. The technician explained everything for me and what could and couldn't be done on my vehicle alignment wise. Will definitely go back to get the rear tyres replaced soon too.
