The Brownies team ARE THE BEST, I purchased a matress pre xmas & decided overnight ....it was not "The One"..The brownies team, Simply & easily exchanged my mattress for "The One" I decided I really wanted....I live A Long way from town, but even so the free delivery & exchange was handled with ease. The delivery team were super friendly & very helpful.
The on floor sales team went out of their way to accommodate me...thanks ..I Really love my new matress.
