★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with a shirt that I needed to be framed with a small plaque to go on the bottom. Once the shirt and plaque were framed I was amazed by the quality. However there was a spelling error on the plaque that I missed not once but twice. So twice I had to ask for the plaque to be removed from the sealed frame so I could go remedy the mistake. Every time I called Browns Bay Picture Framing the owner was so understanding and helped me out for free, which I know for a fact isn't the service you get if you go to other framing places in Auckland. Ive been charged $60 at other places for a shirt to be taken out of a finished frame for mildew growing on a sealed shirt even three weeks after getting it framed, so after that horrible experience I came to Browns Bay Picture Framing. Not only was Browns Bay Picture Framing very well priced, the service was friendly, the standard was far better aswell as the owners insights to colours of backgrounds and borders is spot on and so helpful.
The quality and service I received was amazing and Ill be back again for my next picture framing project.
