★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing this company advertise in a local paper I contacted them for a quote on my parent-in-laws roof which needed painting. I had to chase them 3 times to get the quote over several weeks and when it came back it was nearly double what they advertised. Their answer when queried was that the roof couldn't be stood on and ladders were required. Not only did this not make sense but my husband was on it cleaning it approximately two months prior. I found their advertisement misleading and communication extremely poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who runs/operates this business ( Andrew Lewis Pope) is a cowboy in every sense of the phrase, an absolute amateur and a ripoff - he started painting my neighbour"s roof -- His prep involved a 1/2 hr water blast, then he proceeded to spray paint - no undercoat, no primer - he painted straight over the heaps of moss and dirt he missed water blasting - did the first coat that didn't even cover the underneath and really patchy - then to top it off he came back and tried to put the 2nd coat on as it was starting to rain leaving a big blotchy mess everywhere. My neighbours are elderly (mid 70s) and do not know the difference - in the end another neighbour and myself got so concerned that we got up on the roof and had a look - what we found was unbelievable - when he came back we told him to pack his gear and get the heck out of it. He tried to charge them nearly $3000 - unsurprising he didn't get paid and now they have got a report from a real firm and it's going to cost them over $6800 to fix his mess as they will have to strip off the paint he put on - be warned about this cowboy wrecker. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GUY !!! I'm going to enjoy assisting my neighbour with the small court claim against this CHARLATAN - Andrew Pope you should be ashamed of yourself, you have created a new level of low.
