Budget Stairs was started by Steve and Karen Derrick in 1984 to service the stair and balustrade market in the wider Auckland area from Rodney to North Waikato and every where in between. The business grew quickly due to the high quality products and the friendly family service. After 30 years in business Steve still comes out on site to measure and will build the stairs and deliver them.
Budget Stairs deals with home owners, building companies, contractors and architects to achieve the desired results of the building owner.
Over the years Steve and Karen have created stunning stairs and balustrades in a variety of materials ranging from gorgeous recycled native timbers through to Kwilla and robust particle boards.
