Promised arrival time come and went three times with no apology they have had no excuses about being over 2 hours response time shocking customer relations please lift your game

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called, they had no cars available in the middle of a weekday, which is fair enough, but Uber had about 4 cars around. Were somewhat direct / Blunt on the phone call (eg not overly fancy service).
Have used them in the past and they were ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Booked online and did not get a response and when I rang them, the guy said they have other things to do and no driver available. We were thinking our booking has been attended to, we rang just to be on the safe side. Absolutely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely avoid this business! I would give negative stars if possible. We booked them to be picked up at the airport, received a call from the driver that he was 20 minutes late, the 20 minutes passed by, turned into 30, 40 and 50 until we took another taxi. No apology from the company, driver or anyone - absolutely unprofessional! Every negative review they get is absolutely deserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited nearly an hour for a taxi van booked and confirmed 3 days prior for it to not show up. Waited on hold with customer service for half an hour to be told the van will be on its way and to wait another 45 minutes. Ended up ordering separate ubers and were late to where we needed to be. Really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalled by this company who left us waiting for 40 minutes and would not pick up the phone. Taxi was booked a week in advance and confirmed 2 days before, yet no one showed up which meant we were late to an important event. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the most unreliable and disgusting work service that I have ever come across.
We ordered a taxi the night before for 9:45 am pick up . 11 am the taxi still hadn’t arrived and when calling them we were waiting over 30 minutes for someone to pick up even though the recording was saying we were first in line which was a lie . Finally after calling 5 times speaking to a lady called Lei and a man who were in the office, the taxi arrived 5 hours later!!!!!!
Then the taxi driver took of with the ladies money which he was meant to give her back $10 but he took off with it .
After calling the office and speaking to the man there all he said was oh well nothing we can do!!!!!
DO NOT EVER USE THIS UNRELIABLE TAXI
Especially if your going to the airport (you will miss your flight!!!!)
