They ripped out our bathroom and said it'd be 2 weeks until we had a new one. This was a week longer than our landlord had initially said. 2 weeks would have been fine had our expectations been managed. The 34 days total, in winter, with no bathroom, using a portaloo, and going to the gym for showers was inconvenient to say the least...
After all that, they're still not finished...
Oh AND THEY FORGOT TO INSTALL THE BATHROOM EXTRACTOR FAN, so we might have the project finished by this time next year.
That said the tradies that they contracted to do the plumbing and floor laying were nice guys.
Project management is not this companies strong point.
If you're looking for a good building team for renovations, keep looking.
