★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big burger size of my adult female hands. Even with size I had no drips whatsover and this is a huuuuugggggeeeee PLUS!! The kumara wedges were crunchy and well seasoned. LOVE IT!! Will be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barely average, Wisconsin needs to either lose the franchise-style food photos or finish off the whole franchise look. Food was ok, not memorable. I’d eat there again if I drove past while hungry but wouldn’t drive there as the destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chips were very under cooked and not seasoned at all. Very thick as well which made them dry and hard to eat. Also why would you put relish on the salad and Mayo under the patty? Surely the Mayo should be on the salad and the relish on the patty?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed today, been a long-term loyal fan of this establishment and its amazing burgers. I was served a much smaller petite wisconsin with cheese burger than usual, and I paid 16.50 for it, it's almost a joke how small it was for the price. The beef patty in the grand great american seemed a lot smaller too, it used to cover the entire bun and now it's noticeably smaller and doesn't come close to reaching the edges. I'm paying 22.50 for that burger, and I was happy to spend that before, but if you reduce the size of the burgers and the offerings without dropping the price, I won't come back. Only reason I don't give one star is it still tastes really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal with this burger joint as i really like their sweet potatoes fries. The owner and her daughter who served customers was very rude.
They probably didn’t know customer service and should have a proper training. These people doesn’t even deserved a 1 star rating.
