★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl serving on counter needs a bit of training in customer service. Stood at counter longer than expected waiting for her to take notice. Had to ask if she was serving and her reply was she was multi-tasking!
People I was with both commented on her response and her lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are discriminating and the manager is rude and has no customer service skills. They don't not accept medical exemptions for masks even with proof. Do not take go to them and spend money take it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought cook top with oven on the phone. Delt with Jeff, excellent, after that things went down hill. Arrived to my Rd address and the box was badly damaged and so was the stove, no fault of Burnsco. Sent back with no problems in getting it replaced. Unfortunately Auckland never told ChCh and if I had not chased it up who knows how long it would would have taken

I came in to buy my first fishing rod set up and he figured out exactly what I was looking for and showed me various options in my price range. As a rookie it’s really appreciated when someone takes the time to help you pick the right kit. All the staff were super friendly despite being really busy pre Christmas. Will be back
