We contacted Russell in July to get our old fence removed and rebuild. He came and we got a quote. We arranged then that the new fence would be done in September. That never happened. He did not even make contact to inform us that he could not fit it in. We then made another date for October. We waited and he again did not show up. We called and he said that he was busy with other projects and that he would call back to now make a definite (!) date. He never called. It was a completely disappointing experience and a waste of our time. I cannot recommend him at all.
