Not only did Ian respond to my request from half-way around the world but he took the time to share with me and my team what must have been day/weeks of worth without a second thought! He was extremely efficient and responded to my email within a few hours. The documentation provided was extremely clear and easy to understand as well. I was easily able to create what would have been a very difficult and confusing Flow in Power Automate in only a handful of minutes thanks to his exceptional notes and walk through. β β β β β We have recently joined Business Refinery and after an initial very thorough review of our websites, they found so many errors, it was alarming. Some of these were so easy to fix, just basic things like Title and Description fields not completed. Now, two months in, our SEO is improving rapidly with key words appearing for organic searches. Many agencies talk the talk, then make excuses for poor performance and want more money. Business Refinery explain things well, do what they say they will do and show evidence of this with a monthly review and cover their goals for next month. They are now working on our Adwords and we are confident that this will be a t the same high service level.
