★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since doing the course I have had a 48% improvement in the various items of concern, much less yawning,throat clearing and coughing. Snoring is now very uncommon for me, and i have had no instances of sleep apnoea. The daily exercises can be meditative , which bring forth improvement in other areas.
