★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just moved to Rotorua and have always been so hesitant to walk in and try new beauty salons but i knew i could trust the Caci brand and the ladies there did not disappoint, they went over and above, i felt to ensure myself and my baby were comfortable and taken care of. Even worked around us. Beautiful service. Thank you ladies !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a forty something year old single mum I don’t usually spend money or time on my appearance but I’ve been researching Caci for a while now and took advantage of the free consult - I loved the relaxed and warm environment plus the lovely staff don’t push any products or procedures on you they just show you what a difference the products could make - it’s all on me to opt in but with a well-informed idea of what is involved etc loved the consult and will be coming back for some treatments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the beautiful ladies are apparently not good at making others look good. I have been with Caci for quite a while with two plans and this is what I got. Thought my skin condition would be better if I never walked in this mere commercial operation.
Every time you come to this place the staff would compliment you for your "good skin", but you can never hear the same elsewhere. What a waste of money and time. One of the most ridiculous experiences I had here is their conceited Microneedling treatment. I was put under a scheme with a gap of whole SIX MONTHS between two sessions - even their own staff told me later it doesn't work like that. I was deceived.
Plan over COVID but it went through anyway. Very expensive for a very average result.
I genuinely doubt whether they treat all customers equally. I also doubt whether they have an established customer service system as now they have refused to reply to my messages - they can't even answer what their terms and conditions are. I will not give up defending my rights whilst they are losing word of mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to tell you about my worst experience with CACI Rotorua. I'm only trying to let people know that they're lying and offering useless and overpriced things. CACI promised me that after this procedure, which is highly expensive for a regular person, your face will be completely clean. At the time, I was content with the fact that it was worthwhile to spend money if my skin looked decent. However, after they treated my skin, my face became extremely irritated. They have before and after images of my face, and they see that my face is worse than before, but they still ask me whether my face is getting better. My family and friends have informed me that my face looks worse than it did before, and they have questioned why I am spending money on this treatment. They also make a personal comment in their comment book. When I told the lady that I did not want another treatment, she urged me to return the next day at 4pm to see with the manager. I took a day off to meet with the manager, and when I arrived, they informed me that the manager had finished early at 2 p.m. If she finishes early, they should call me at my number, like they always did for my facial appointments. They did not value the customer's time. Keep in mind that they are only interested in making money from clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a regular booking every month. They're always accommodating and have great customer service. They change your routine based on your skins needs and what's been happening i.e. break outs due to masks. The will be efficient and run on time so don't be late. Water cooler available to fill water bottles too.
