★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better, proper coffee than the next door bakery. From a barista standpoint, the crema (Top layer) is smooth, the sweetness and acidity is balanced, bitterness is a bit lacking (arguably the coffee beans or roasting method). The only negative is the temperature of the milk, not quite 60°C but it was definitely ok for a hot day. My day was improved significantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I approached Cake Collective because I need a novelty cake specially made for my parent's house warming party. I already have a design and style in mind for the cake but unfamiliar with the cake sizes to cater for approximately 20 people.
Cake Collective have been really helpful, they made me two layers of a 6-inch cake and the top layer cut into a house. The cake was nicely decorated with vines giving a nice touch on the cake.
The ladies are wonderful and very easy to negotiate with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend ordered a surprise box of cupcakes for my birthday on the 11th... Omg the cupcakes were so yummy... and the icing amazing, they looked so nice that at first I didn't wanna eat them but I love fresh baking... My only advice would be that the cupcake was hard to take out of the wrapper without it sticking to it and breaking parts of the cupcake off and making a bit of a mess... If you know what I mean, But otherwise delicious and we'll presented.. friendly delivery too.. ❤️?
