They provided fantastic advice on how to create the cerise colour I needed to make for a wedding cake I was icing, and also directed me to the Pettinice website for additional information I could refer to later on. They despatched the order to me on the Kapiti Coast within an hour of me placing the order. I highly recommend Cake & Kitchen, Hamilton. They provided me with a 5-star plus customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever had buying something online. Ordered and paid for 200 cupcake boxes six days ago. Seems they sat on the order for two days. When my parcel arrived six days after paying - they sent 20 not 200 boxes. My event is tomorrow. They said they’d send the missing 180 boxes but phoned back to say they didn’t have enough. They weren’t even apologetic.
