★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a RIP off! Most of our small load was recyclable yet we were still charged 79.99. I will never go there again. DO Not get ripped off like us! Plus the guy didn't give a toss and hovered over us like we were crims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After ringing to make sure they were collecting cardboard today I was assured by the lady on the phone they were open until 12.30pm. So I load up the car straight away get down there and they were CLOSED. Thanks for wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Correction to previous review: Cambridge Recycling Centre have changed their policy on charging to drop off recycling. It is now free to do so. Unfortunately they haven't provided any more bins so they're nearly always full.
Only a few bins for recycling and they are often full to overflowing. Very expensive to drop off recycling - you'd think they'd want to encourage people to recycle not scare them off? Other transfer stations I have visited charge for rubbish (understandably) but recycling is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man that works here is a genuine bloke and has excellent customer service. When my sunglasses fell between the giant skip bin and the wall, he made the effort to retrieve them at the end of the day, when the bins were being moved. Well done to this guy, and much appreciated.

Website said open until 4pm on Sundays and said Open
Headed down to find it was closed until Early Dec.
Unimpressed is an understatement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke, went in today Tuesday after looking at their website says Mon-Fri. I hired and paid for a trailer to take my waste away. When I arrived they had some farm recycling scheme on. And the person there said they were closed
When i pointed out there site said Mon-fri she said yes. We are open Monday And Friday! Very misleading. Plus they are a rip off by the looks of the prices they charge. I w
Ended up going to the dump in Te Awamutu, and it was nicer with much nicer staff. Shame on you Cambridge dump. What a sad excuse.
