About Candle Creations
Candle Creations was borne out of a love of beautiful, natural candles and a desire to support the local industry. Originally we started as a boutique candle manufacturer (making scented soy candles) but it quickly became apparent that there was not a reliable source of candle making supplies in New Zealand. So in 2010, armed with our knowledge of candle making, we launched our online store and began selling wax, wicks, jars and of course, fragrance. Our range of candle making supplies has continued to grow and in 2011 we added soap making supplies to our range. Then came reed diffuser supplies and, more recently, ingredients for bath and body products. As long as our customers keep asking, we keep expanding our products on offer.
We are an e-commerce company through and through. We chose e-commerce so that we can offer you the best value across our extensive range of products. By cutting out the cost of a retail store, re-seller margins and high administration costs we can keep prices down. We work hard to bring you an outstanding online experience, from in-depth information on our website to enable you to make an informed purchase, right through to leading “back-end” systems that ensure speedy delivery of your goods. We may not answer the phone every time, but that’s usually because we are busy getting your order to you quickly, affordably and without damage.
At the heart of our business is fragrance. It’s what we live and “literally” breath. We choose only the best fragrances from around the world and in most cases our fragrance oils can be used in candles, soap, reed diffusers, body products and more.
Our mission is to continue to be the preferred supplier to the natural candle and soap making industry in New Zealand by continually providing exceptional customer service, sourcing the best products and offering the best value for money across our ever expanding range.

I ordered for a pick up and then I realized that I cant make it during the week. Called the team to find out delivery options , and offered to pay the shipping . Amazing Frankie and Sandra offered me a complimentary delivery . Such good souls , thank you heaps for making my day !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont even want to rate this service one star, but it seem I have no choice. I place an order on the 25th November for a fairly large wedding contract. On the 1st December I had not received the order. So I called and spoke to Frankie, who assured me my order would be sent out. Well I still had not received my order by 3rd November a Friday and knew I would never be able to make up 50 candles in such a short time. So I sent an email to cancel the order, but 5 minutes later receive a voice message stating "Your order has not been dispatch was was are out of French Vanilla - Fragrance". So much for sending out on the 1st. This had meant I have lost a considerable contract with a wedding venue as this is not the first time this had happened to me. It is also so obvious that when I placed order on the 25th November they had the fragrance, but because of their incompetence they have now run out of fragrance. So on the 6th I ring to complain to Frankie who apologised and said she would cancel the order, only to find the order had been dispatched. I have no use for this stock!!! I do also order through Candle Supplies and placed an order on the same day for fragrance oils as Candle Creations dont make the fragrance that I wanted, I received this order the following day. You may say take your business elsewhere and so I should after this happening to me 3 times this year!!! But they do stock a nice product. Candle Creations, sort out your dispatch, picking and packing, and courier deliveries, You have cost me a considerable amount of lost business and this is my lively hood. Frankie also said she would pass on my request to the owner Brian, but I have not heard from him!!! Shocking. I have also noticed my original review had been deleted so I will post elsewhere also.
