★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong measurements. Apparently they did not take into account the shape of the house and just measured from the ground. Canopy ended up short than quoted yet paid the same price. Team who did the job did not even ask if they can connect the canopy drain pipe to the main house pipe. Straight up drilled a hole without asking. They said they always did that to all their projects. Flushing on the wall looks ugly. Their excuse is they dont have a bent one so they had to customise. Not even waterproof for that side as the post is not flushed to the wall. Would have been nice if they told me this before everything and agreeing to go with them. They left all their rubbish even when we agreed before they will dispose of it.
