I highly recommend Canterbury Insulation, Matt the owner is the best : ) We have an ancient old freezing weatherboard cottage that was on a zero degree frost between 4 and 8 degrees inside - madness. We had Matt and his team do underfloor insulation as well as blow in wall insulation and I can’t tell you enough how life changing this was, it is now 14-15 degrees inside on a frosty night without even heating, unbelievable : ) It is also a lot quieter, I never knew how echoey our house was, now we can’t hear the road at all and even inside the house we can’t hear all the noises next door so much, so finally dad is not waking up the kids when coming home late! Matt and his team are amazing people, their mission is to warm kiwi homes without a hefty price tag and they live off of word of mouth recommendations. They are very very hard working people, they hardly stopped when they were here : ) and just lovely. I cannot recommend them enough, they are cheaper than other companies and I think they did an excellent job. You are welcome to chat to Matt and get my phone number to have a chat in person, I always see google recommendations and I wonder if they are true, so I’m in North Canterbury and happy to have a chat : ) Thanks to the Team at CI, excellent job!

Noticed the house is warmer. Holds the heat better throughout the house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick to respond to quote request to have walls insulated and managed to fit us in at short notice. Insulators were friendly and quick and we're already noticing a difference in temperature and moisture levels. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Canterbury Insulation for Blown Roof Insulation top up. I did this Online and was contacted by Karlie the next day. She organized a suitable day to do a quote and was able to give me that on the spot. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciated the speed this was all done in. The workers who turned up to do the job were also very friendly and knowledgeable (our dog loved them). The bedrooms where some of the insulation was missing are now a lot warmer which I am grateful for as one of the rooms is my office. I would use this company again and happily recommended them to family and friends. We also thought their pricing was good.
