★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waipara Valley Wine Tour. Janet was an excellent guide who gave us great information. We visited 4 excellent wineries and tasted some fantastic wines. Nice small group and lunch was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT JOIN THIS Horrible Tour Company (Canterbury Leisure Tours, Christchurch). They let a taxi driver dropped us off at a intercity coach bus terminal instead of hotel pick up as promised in tour detail, No tour guide or instruction of which coach bus to get on, so we got on the wrong bus all the way to Auckland, they were slow to react to your help request during the bus journey. The tour office closed at 5pm, We ended up in Auckland 2 days earlier than the tour even started, no assistance whatsoever from the office except telling me that I could have gotten off at the next station and get uber back to Rotorua myself. So Irresponsible and disturbing. The tour company had been ignoring all my emails asking for help or refund since 5 pm, the day I missed the correct bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all thanks very much Kevin. Kevin tailored an itinerary including car, accommodation, and tours across the South Island, hitting everything on our wish list. He gave us a detailed printed itinerary with comprehensive instructions. Nothing could go wrong - and nothing did. We were mainly self drive but for the first few days in the Christchurch region we had the good fortune to be guided by Graham, Henk, Scottie and John. Kevin kept in touch by email, and answered promptly if we had any questions. Our itinerary also included maps and plenty of spare time, with suggested extras, many of which we did.

First was a wine tour which was fun, but they need to advise if they have parties booked on the tour. The tour was not a wine tasting for of a party bus. We did have fun if not what was expected.
The second tour booked was a sightseeing tour. When the bus had not arrived after 15 minutes past the due pick up time, I called them and was advised the tour had been cancelled, and they had forgotten to inform us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the Christchurch City Sights Tour today and had a delightful and informative 6 1/2 hours. Scottie was the tour guide and driver and was one of the best I ever had. Great sense of humor and actually brilliant on his knowledge base of Christchurch. His pride of the city made it all the more special. Of course his recommendation to have a meat pie at THE BUTCHER PIE was spot on. Great job today, Scottie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just did the winery tour pick up and drop off from a location in Christchurch and had Scott as our driver. Honestly the best wine tour I have done. He was amazing. The winery's were incredible. Black Estates had spectacular views. We included lunch which they made sure to cater for all dietary requirements. The food was incredible. Would highly recommend this company and tour to anybody. Thanks for such a great day Scott!
