★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a planter box and it took over six weeks before we decided to cancel. This was due to wood being delivered that never seemed to arrive. In this time they never followed up with us, didn't reply to our emails and I had to contact them about four times in total for them to tell me the same thing. Will not be going back here again.
