Awesome and affordable and it's right next to Evo cycles I can shop bicycle stuff and wash my car it's awesome

Love the smell of the soap.. Worth the $6 to do it yourself..

Ok if you need a quick wash, but hit and miss if you can pay via card, or if the auto car wash is working at all. But good if you want to clean a boat or car yourself in the other diy bays, better if you bring your own coins though

Worst customer service have no manners to talk to a customer i have took the automatic cash wash ultimate wash for $18 but his machine only washed with the water no cleaning products sprayed on my car which is normally sprayed 3 different cleaning product. After the wash i have call the owner/employee and informed about this that your wash is ran out of cleaning products and only washing with water His answer was ‘‘ its look pretty clean to me why should i give you another wash’’ If i have to wash with the water whats the point of spending $18 for ultimate wash. I give him a zero for his customer service and zero the way he deals with the customers I hope this message reaches the owners how your workers behaviour with the customers.instead to saying sorry or apologies my machine ran out of cleaning product you are showing your arrogance Good on you and best of luck with your business You have just lost a customer and i will make sure i will post this to Facebook as well so that all of my Nelson friends will see what kind of customer service you are giving

Expensive, terrible customer service and low quality. Machine ate my $2 for scent spray, tried calling number given on sign. Different guy came out and abused me for parking in the vac space for too long. I had dropped $15 bucks already due to the low suction power. Manger was unhelpful and rude. $2 refund/return was dropped on the floor in front of me!

The automated car wash does an average job. The self serve one is a pain to use as you have to get tokens from a token machine to enter and a token is 2 dollars and it gives you 2 minutes to do what you need. This means you most of your time feeding tokens into the machine. Would be better with a pay wave terminal at the self serve for 6 minutes usage. Would not go back.

It's alright.. decent high pressure but it's almost like a straight jet, not very spread spray. And the brush ran out of soap halfway round, lucky I didn't scratch my car
