★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with NZ post so had to pick up my parcel from Carnation Superette despite having paid for redelivery, and was so happy with the customer service given!! The man who served me was especially kind, and very helpful, giving me info on how to contact the NZ post :-)
