★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vehicle was involved in an accident and repaired by 'another' repairer. After the works were completed I was left with a disturbing noise coming from the region where the repairs were done. Despite numerous revisits to the original repairer the problem was not fixed and I was told they were not going to undertake any further investigations. I went back to my insurance company who arranged for my car to be reassessed by Carpro. Within a few hours, the team at Carpro found the problem and immediately fixed it. I can understand why Carpro are one of my insurance company's Goldstar repairers. Thanks Lee & Co

Lee is extremely talented, efficient and takes amazing care of my clients. They all have nothing but good things to say. Lee understands the insurance process and will work with all insurers to make claims run smoothly.

Came in to get an insurance repair looked at a few weeks ago, booked my car in for Monday with a loan car.
Showed up, nothing was booked. Then they said Wednesday.
Showed up, manager doesn't turn up and no loan car in sight.
A year ago they were good. Now not so much..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a repeat customer of Carpro Penrose I've decided to take my business elsewhere. There is no regard for customer service. A total lack of communication between the team and disorganization is what you can expect. You have to call and chase up to get a booking. They were good in 2019. It's a pity because their workmanship is good.
