The furniture was delivered with great customer service. From Ian’s phone message to Wayne driving his truck around our Campus construction and through our Junior School grounds.
Nothing was a bother. They worked around our Junior School closing hours.
Our Junior School assembly was held in our new Gymnasium with our new chairs. Our College Assembly is being held tomorrow in the same setup.
Thanks for putting us first Carroll's!

I just wanted to let you know that Siobhan did a great job delivering the very heavy hot water cylinder today - she was faced with a couple of challenges but thought outside the square and came up with practical solutions to get the job done. She kept her sense of humour and was the ultimate professional - a real asset to Carroll’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truck driver delivering our spa pool demolished the letterbox of our neighbour. They said that if we paid for fixing this they would reimburse us. Carroll's were phoned 4 times and each time we were assured that they would reimburse us but still no payment. I would NEVER AGAIN use this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after our previously used transport company refused to move our containers from a grassy site,I tried Carroll’s,finally a company and a more than capable driver,terry knew exactly what he was doing and had no problem whatsoever picking up and relocating and placing on new site, thanks to all the people involved in bookings and logistics,I will definitely be using Carroll’s from now on,thanks again for the prompt and top quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. I booked them after sending them photos of my location. They demanded full payment in advance which I did. When the contractor arrived, he refused to do the job stating there was a telephone pole nearby. Anyone looking at the picture must have been blind as a bat not to see the pole and book the job!! I trusted them and paid in advance as they were the only company who were free and available to do the job in short notice. In-spite of me telling them they had all the evidence before they booked the job, they refused to act ethically and legally. Zero attention to detail. They charge you upfront and bully you if you request for a refund for a job not done. There are a lot of companies who will do a free quote. Please do not use this company. Walk in the opposite direction.
